Group Therapy Dementia
Do You Love Someone with Dementia?
Every day, you grieve a loss the world doesn't see. No funeral. No flowers. No one asking how you are doing. Just you, quietly carrying something enormous grief while someone is still alive.
This kind of grief is real. It is heavy. And it deserves real space.
What this isn't
  • A list of tips
  • Coping strategies
  • Information sessions
  • A general support group
What this is
A real therapeutic space for the person who is always last on the list. A place to actually process what this is doing to you, held gently and professionally online.
You may not even identify as a carer. You are simply someone who loves a person with dementia, and you deserve to be held in that.
A Small, Closed Therapeutic Group
Starting 2nd June 7-8.30pm online
Mind & Memory | Counselling & Psychotherapy is opening a carefully held space for family carers of people with dementia. Because grief that no one names is still grief. And you deserve somewhere to put it down, even just for a while.
Only 8 Places
Kept intentionally small so that every person is truly seen and held throughout.
6 Sessions on Zoom
90 minutes each —9 hours of guided, real therapeutic work from wherever you are.
£140 Total
The full programme, kept affordable so that this support is accessible to those who need it most.

This is not a support group. It is real therapy — structured, guided, and held by a qualified therapist. For the person who is always caring for everyone else.
If this is you, or someone you love, please share this. Places are limited to 8 — so that no one gets lost in the room.
