 This is an informal chance to find out more before committing to attend.  This is a great opportunity to attend a supportive interactive group which is being run as a pilot, which could shape the future. 
The group is a closed group which means that there will be no new attendees after week 1. The attendees will remain the same for the full 6 weeks. 
Complete the Registration Form which will be sent on booking the information session and submit online ahead of the information session

Data Protection (GDPR) Notice
We take your privacy seriously. This notice explains how your information is collected and used when you register your interest in this group.
What we collect
• Registration details: name, address, email, phone number, and your answers about caring role, dependents and employment
• If you consent to the research element: additional demographic information and research data (quantitative and qualitative), collected separately and explained fully in the consent form
Why we collect it
• To manage your registration, invite you to an information session, and confirm your place in the group
• With your separate consent, to understand participants' experience of the group as part of this pilot
Legal basis
• Registration data: processed on the basis of your consent in registering your interest
• Research data: processed on the basis of your explicit, separate consent, in line with UK GDPR
How it's stored and who can see it
• Your data is stored securely and only accessed by the facilitator and, for research data, the named supervisor
• Registration data and research data are kept separately
• Your data will not be shared with third parties beyond what is needed to run the group and satisfy funder reporting requirements (in anonymised/aggregated form only)
How long we keep it
• Registration data is kept only as long as needed to run the group and for reasonable follow-up, then securely deleted
• Research data is retained for [state period, e.g. 5 years] in line with our ethics statement, then securely destroyed
Your rights
• You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it
• You can withdraw consent for the research element at any time without affecting your place in the group
• If you have concerns about how your data is handled, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk)
