Anxiety & Stress Support
If anxiety has become part of your daily life — the racing thoughts, the sleepless nights, the constant sense of being on edge — you are not alone, and you do not have to keep managing it by yourself. I offer a safe, confidential space where you can slow down, speak openly, and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing, at a pace that feels right for you.
There is no shame in asking for support. Anxiety and stress can affect your sleep, your confidence, your relationships, and your ability to enjoy everyday life. Reaching out is a quiet act of courage, and I am here when you are ready.

How Therapy Can Help With Anxiety and Stress
Anxiety and stress can show up in so many ways — a mind that will not quieten, a body that feels permanently tense, relationships that feel strained, or a sense that you are simply not coping as well as you once did. Therapy offers something different: a space where none of that needs to be hidden or managed.
A Space to Speak Openly
A confidential, non-judgemental space to say what you are actually thinking and feeling, without having to explain yourself or hold anything back.
Understanding Your Patterns
Together we can begin to make sense of recurring cycles of worry, overthinking, overwhelm, and pressure — and explore where they may have come from.
Making Sense of Symptoms
Racing thoughts, tension, exhaustion, irritability, difficulty sleeping — these are all ways anxiety can show up. Therapy helps you understand what your body and mind are communicating.
Support Rooted in Real Life
Whether stress is linked to work, caring responsibilities, relationships, or life transitions, therapy can help you respond with greater steadiness rather than simply pushing through.
Getting Started
What to Expect When You Begin
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I want to make it as straightforward and unhurried as possible. Here is how the process unfolds.
1
The Discovery Session
A free session of up to 60 minutes — a no-pressure conversation by phone or online. This is simply a chance for us to meet, for you to ask anything you need to, and for us both to see if I can support you. There is no obligation whatsoever.
2
The First Full Session
We set the pace together. This session is about understanding what is bringing you to therapy, what feels difficult right now, and agreeing how we will work together. You are in control from the very start.
3
The Ongoing Conversation
Regular sessions where we explore patterns, build insight, and develop ways of responding to anxiety and stress with greater understanding. Some sessions may feel lighter, others more challenging. Both are part of the process.
4
Moving Forward
Therapy does not last forever. When you feel more resourced and better able to manage what life brings, we will think together about ending in a way that feels thoughtful and supported.
When you reach out, I will respond personally and take the time to understand what you are looking for. From there, we can decide together whether to begin with a discovery session or move straight into a first session.
🔒 Confidentiality
Everything shared within our sessions is held in complete confidence, in line with professional ethical guidelines.
✦ Professionalism
I work to the highest professional standards, with ongoing supervision and continuing professional development.
🌿 A Safe Space
You will always be met with warmth, respect, and a genuine commitment to your wellbeing — however you arrive.
