Relationship Counselling
Relationships can be a source of great comfort — and, at times, real pain. Whether you are feeling disconnected, caught in repeated conflict, or struggling to communicate, it can be difficult to know where to turn.
I offer a safe, confidential space where you can slow down, speak honestly, and begin to make sense of what is happening — whether you are seeking individual relationship counselling or exploring couples therapy together.
Reaching out is not a sign of failure. It is a courageous and caring step.

How Therapy Can Help With Relationship Difficulties
Relationship difficulties rarely arrive neatly. They build gradually — through unspoken tensions, repeated arguments, growing distance, or a quiet sense that something has shifted. Therapy offers a space to explore what is really happening, without judgement and without being told simply to try harder.
A Space to Speak Openly
A confidential, non-judgemental space to say the things that feel difficult — perhaps for the first time.
Understanding Patterns
Exploring cycles of conflict, distance, resentment, or miscommunication — and beginning to understand where they come from.
Feeling Heard
Support with trust issues, feeling unheard, repeated arguments, or changes in intimacy and connection — individually or through couples therapy.
Navigating Change
Making sense of relationship change, separation, or uncertainty about what comes next — with clarity and steadiness.
Gaining Clarity
Building insight, steadier ways of relating, and a clearer sense of what you need — whether in couples therapy or individual support.
What to Expect When You Begin
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I want the process to feel as clear and straightforward as possible from the very beginning. Here is how it typically works.
01
The Discovery Session
A free session of up to 60 minutes — a no-pressure conversation by phone or online. A chance for us to meet, for you to ask anything you need to, and for us both to see if I can support you. There is no obligation.
02
The First Full Session
We set the pace together. This session is about understanding what is bringing you to therapy and what feels most difficult right now. You are in control from the very start.
03
The Ongoing Conversation
Regular sessions to explore patterns, build insight, and understand what may be happening beneath the surface — through individual relationship counselling or couples therapy, depending on what support is needed.
04
Moving Forward
When you feel clearer and better able to navigate your relationships with confidence and care, we will think together about ending in a way that feels thoughtful and supportive.
When you reach out, I will respond personally and take the time to understand what you are looking for. From there, we can decide together whether to begin with a discovery session or move straight into a first session.
🔒 Confidentiality
Everything shared in our sessions is held in strict confidence, within standard professional guidelines.
✦ Professionalism
I work to the highest ethical and professional standards throughout our work together.
🌿 A Safe Space
My practice is built around warmth, respect, and a genuine commitment to your wellbeing.
